I couldn’t be more excited to share with you that Mia’s Closet has had an incredibly exciting 2018! We are in the 7th year of giving back, and at the beginning of this year, we received a grant from one of our sponsors, Palais Royal, to produce confidence-building interactive experiences for kids in underserved communities.
I’m reaching out to you today because we are hosting a Back to School Bash this Saturday, August 25th, from 10am-2pm for the kids and families of San Francisco Nativity Academy, and we need your help!
Here’s how:
— We are currently accepting donations of new and gently used clothing for kids kindergarten – 12th grade. So if you would, please go through your closets, hit the stores, and spread the word to help us get our kiddos stylin’ for back to school!
(*We especially need clothing for young kids elementary school age and brand new packages of socks and underwear for all ages.)

Tuesday, August 21st – Friday, August 24th
9am-5pm
San Francisco Nativity Academy: 5808 Renwick Dr, Houston, TX 77081
Saturday, August 25th
10am-12pm
— We anticipate a larger turnout than originally expected, so I wanted to take the time to humbly ask for monetary donations to help us feed our kids at the event.
The Goal?
To raise enough money to place an order for 40 pizzas and buy groceries for our healthy meal-prep interactive station.
Even the smallest donation of clothing and/or monetary contribution will make a difference!
